On July 28, 2025, political consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Angola were held virtually.

The delegation of the Republic of Tajikistan at the consultations was headed by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Farrukh Sharifzoda, and the delegation of the Republic of Angola was headed by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Ms. Esmeralda Bravo Conde da Silva Mendonça.

The parties discussed issues related to the expansion of cooperation in the political, economic, investment, cultural, and scientific spheres. They also exchanged views on current international matters, including the geopolitical situation, regional security, climate change, and sustainable development.

The parties emphasized their readiness to strengthen and further develop bilateral cooperation in all areas of mutual interest.
The consultations took place in an atmosphere of constructive dialogue, mutual understanding and mutual benefit.
